Winter is over at Heydon Grange Golf Club - or at least the winter competitions for the ladies of the club are.
Both the weekend winter league and its midweek counterpart have come to an end with the winners getting their well-deserved trophies.
There was still everything to play for at the start of the final round for the weekend event with the scores still close.
The format for the day was good, better, best - meaning the best score of one player from the three-strong teams counted on the first three holes, two on the next three holes and all three for the last three holes.
When the smoke cleared, the team of Debs Tweddle, Pat Bonnett and Glo Carse took the round with 39 points, jumping up to first place overall.
But they shared the trophy with the trio of Stella Bore, Carol Miller and Debs Bryan who also finished on the same amount of points.
The midweek winter league was claimed by the Par Tee Badgers on 31 points with Tee Times the runners-up with 28.5.
