Three people were injured in a crash on the A505 between Royston and Duxford.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision, which took place at around 4pm on Sunday, November 17.
A black Honda Civic was involved in a collision with a silver Skoda Citigo on the westbound carriageway near Fowlmere.
The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene.
Both drivers received minor injuries, while a woman in her 60s who was a passenger in the Skoda suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
