Mayor of Royston Cllr John Rees met photographer Sarah Haskell at her exhibition in Curwens Gallery.
Sarah is a portrait photographer specialising in pets. Her exhibition is open from 11am to 2pm on Sunday, November 17 and Sunday, December 1.
Visitors can have their photos taken at Sarah's pop-up studio in the gallery.

Mayor Rees said his favourite picture was one of the military portraits which Sarah had brought in for Remembrance Day.
Curwens volunteer curator and artist Claire Fremann said: "Special thank you to Curwens Solicitors to let me have pop up gallery openings at the weekends and offering their downstairs space for free to local artists and crafters.
"No commissions either. Please pop in to talk to me with your proposals."
