Royston Arts Society (RAS) has declared the winner of their 2024 Autumn Exhibition, which was held in the town hall as part of Royston Arts Festival.
More than 800 art lovers attended the exhibition, including Mayor Cllr John Rees, and were asked to vote on their favourite painting.
The winner was Jo Brown from Bassingbourn, who was presented with a cash prize and certificate by RAS chairman Richard Clayton.
This year's show featured 333 paintings from 62 artists, and 35 of the exhibiting artists sold some of their work - with prices ranging from £14 to £450.
Visitors to the exhibition, which was sponsored by the mayor's community trust fund and Johnson Matthey, donated to a collection for Home-Start Royston, Buntingford and South Cambridgeshire.
