Dobbies is hosting a free children's workshop focusing on mindfulness.
The garden centre is inviting children aged four to 10 to join its monthly Little Seedlings Club workshop at its Royston store.
The next session, which will take place on Sunday, September 1 at 11am, will explore 'Mindfulness in the Garden'.
Children will learn about the benefits of being present and connecting with nature.
Dobbies' staff will explain what mindfulness is and how using the five senses can enrich the gardening experience.
The workshop will also offer practical tips for incorporating mindfulness into home life.
Dobbies' horticultural expert, Emma Drain, said: "The Little Seedlings Club in our Royston store is a fantastic way for children to learn about the natural world.
"Introducing kids to mindfulness through gardening can help them build a positive relationship with nature and their own emotions."

The project aims to cultivate the next generation of gardeners while promoting the calming effects of mindfulness.
Last year’s Children’s People and Nature Survey found that 88 per cent of children and young people agreed with the statement, "Being in nature makes me very happy".
