Royston Radio gave seven students the opportunity to work alongside its team of presenters and learn about community radio.
The 'lucky seven' work experience students were Emelie, Megan, Jack, Tommy, Fran, Sophie and Darcy.

Under the guidance of Fonz Chamberlain and Sarah Day the group learnt interview skills and editing, met community groups and at the end of the week broadcast their very own shows.

Fonz Chamberlain, director and founder of Royston Radio, said: "It was wonderful to give these students with an interest in media to discover and learn how a community radio station works and help give them confidence and experience for a possible future career in media."
