Two residents at a care home in Melbourn celebrated their birthdays together.
Patricia Morgan, 84, and Marlene Lask, 88, both became friends after moving into Melbourn Springs Care Home and were "thrilled" to share their special day on August 6.

The care home organised a surprise joint birthday party for the two friends, complete with cakes made by the head chef.
Maria Ulian, general manager at Melbourn Springs Care Home, said: "It is wonderful to be able to celebrate this occasion with these residents who love life and enjoy having fun."
Melbourn Springs Care Home, run by Barchester Healthcare, provides residential and dementia care for 75 residents, from respite care to long-term stays, in their care homes and hospitals across the UK.
