The WI Royston Evening Group (WIREG) recently celebrated its first anniversary with a workshop and cake.
WIREG president Lucy Forrest opened by thanking all members for their dedication and enthusiasm, saying: "Our journey has been amazing, and tonight we're not just celebrating our achievements, but also the friendships and sense of community we've built."

Highlights of the anniversary event, which took place on June 13, included a Canvas Mandala Art workshop by Lyndsey Lees of The Creation Station Royston, as well as a celebratory cake.
WIREG's next meeting will be a summer potluck picnic in Priory Memorial Gardens at 6.30pm on July 11.
Regular monthly meetings will resume at 7.30pm on September 12 at Heritage Hall in Royston Town Hall.
