Toolstation has announced the opening of its first ever store in Royston, creating seven new jobs for the area.
The tools and building supplies store will open on Monday, May 27, and is one of more than 570 stores around the UK.
Located at Unit 4 in Royston Gateway Trade Park, Darlington Road, the store will sell more than 25,000 products from brands including Milwaukee, Makita, Wessex, Kärcher, Leyland and more.
Store manager Paul Sanders said: "We're thrilled to announce the opening of our first store in Royston.
"Our team is eager to support tradespeople, DIY enthusiasts, and home builders of the local community.
"At Toolstation, we're committed to providing reliable and dependable service to our community, ensuring they have the tools and expertise needed to complete any project successfully."

Customers can also order online at toolstation.com or on the Toolstation app, and can click and collect from store within five minutes of ordering.
Tradespeople from the area who join the Toolstation club can save five per cent off all orders throughout the first month of membership.
The store will be open from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm on Saturdays and from 9am to 4pm on Sundays.
