Royston Conservative Club has donated £4,000 to a charity which helps premature and sick babies.
The group chose Bliss as their charity for the financial year, and have been raising funds since April 2023.
Organiser Emma Ross, who was born prematurely herself, visited businesses in the community to ask them to donate raffle prizes and organised charity pizza nights, discos and quizzes.

The Conservative Club presented Emma with the large fundraising cheque, which she then personally delivered to the Bliss headquarters in London.
A club spokesperson said: "They were obviously over the moon with her achievements.
"Emma is known by so many people in the local area and many know how hard she has worked to make this amazing donation possible."
