The residents of Southwell Court were thrilled when Shetland ponies Charlie and Romeo from Pixie and Pickles Adventures dropped in.
The visit brought back fond memories for Betty Kidd, who has lived at Southwell Court since December 2021.

She said: "We always have lots of interesting and exciting activities and entertainment here, but this visit was a real surprise and something very different.
"The ponies were very well behaved, they even went into the lift to see the residents upstairs.
"It brought back some lovely memories for me too as I used to ride horses in my younger days."
The visit was part of Southwell Court’s activities and wellbeing schedule.
