Royston's Hedera Gardens is welcoming new bricklaying and carpentry apprentices.
The Redrow South Midlands initiative has been announced as part of National Apprenticeship Week.
The scheme, beginning on February 26, has run since 2019, providing young people with hands-on experience in housebuilding.
Among this year's candidates is 18-year-old Zak Linton, who is currently undertaking a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship at Royston's Hedera Gardens development.

Zak said: "No two days are ever the same if you’re a Redrow apprentice – which keeps the job varied and exciting.
"Throughout the day, I help my mentor with practical tasks, which could be measuring or fitting new doors - I’m often asking questions as I do so as I’m keen to learn!
"I’m having the best time and don’t want it to end."
