Melbourn Sports Centre is launching its third Exercise4Fun programme this month.
Starting at 7pm on Tuesday, January 16, the programme is designed for adults with a BMI of 25+ (23.5+ for ethnic minorities) who are currently classed as inactive.

The classes run for a 12-week period, during which participants can choose from a variety of sporting activities aimed at improving health and fitness levels, as well as learning about wellbeing and nutrition.
Participants must be residents of South Cambs and not a member of any leisure centre.
Sports centre manager Graham Johnson-Mack said: "We’ve had a lot of feedback from those who have attended, expressing their feelings on how much the programme has assisted their fitness, health and well-being."
