A Nuthampstead pub recently hosted a cooking class for under-fives, in collaboration with Creative Chefs and local parenting group Mamas Who Brunch.
Together with Healthy Hub North Hertfordshire and North Herts Council, children took part in a hands-on cooking class at The Woodman Inn, designed to make them passionate about healthy food.
The children made rainbow pasta pots, which included tasting, mixing and chopping with child safety knives.
After the class the children were given recipe booklets to take home.
