Students from King James Academy in Royston have made it to the top 15 per cent in the country in the UK Biology Challenge.
The Biology Challenge aims to stimulate curiosity for the natural world, and encouraging students to take an interest in biology outside of school.
Following the Year 9 and 10 challenge, KJAR students achieved 20 awards in total, including eight bronze awards and three highly commended awards.

The top scorers from the school were Laura, James, Holly, Orla, Dean, Rosie, Kieran and Grace. They each received a bronze award, placing them in the top 15 per cent out of 43,685 pupils, participating from 621 schools worldwide.
