Pupils, staff and parents from Barley and Barkway Church of England First Schools Federation took part in the Mini London Marathon on Saturday.
Children ran the last mile of the route from Horse Guard's Parade to Pall Mall and past Buckingham Palace, finishing at the same point where the London Marathon finished the next day.
Jennifer Makewell, who is a higher level teaching assistant at both schools, also ran the marathon on Sunday.
Amber in Year 2 said: "We could also jog, or walk, and it was super fun!"

Headteacher Sharon Brown said: "I am incredibly proud of all our runners - young and older.
"It was such a fun event and provided us all with a sense of achievement and pride."
