Care home residents in Melbourn are taking part in physical activities to improve their fitness and wellbeing.
Physical activities on offer at Melbourn Springs Care Home include carpet bowls, bean bag throwing and balloon tennis.
Activity coordinator Justine holds 30-minute exercise classes at least four times a week in one of the lounges, along with a trained fitness instructor for the over-65s.
Residents have been working on strength, mobility, flexibility and motor skills.
Carly, who is also a qualified instructor, holds a yoga class on alternate Thursday mornings, encouraging residents to improve their lung capacity.
