A village college believes a new uniform will help its pupils hit new heights.
Melbourn Village College pupils are now decked out in a collared shirt, striped tie and navy jumper.
The move follows the college’s decision to join the Comberton academy trust last year.
Assistant Principal, Regina Lawrence, said: “Melbourn Village College has undergone a transformation since becoming an academy. It was only right that we paired record breaking results, and an exciting future, with a new uniform to reflect our ambition. We set ourselves high standards, and the presentation of everyone at the college is no different.”
The school is holding an open evening on Monday, September 29, aimed primarily at prospective new students in years five and six. It will run from 6.30pm-8.30pm.
